Estancamiento Secular por:
-Estancamiento de sueldos.
-Stocks acumulados que la demanda no puede acarrear.
-Inflación Nominal y deflación de demanda que provoca una caída en el consumo real, (es decir en el poder adquisitivo) lo que acaba haciendo más difícil a las empresas la tarea de renovar sus costes laborales puesto que no tienen compradores.
Una brevísima reflexión del mercado de productos:
HIERRO: Excesiva oferta que hace que los precios sean muy bajos y se están viendo compañías a la venta y que han dejado de producir porque no les renta, es decir, falta demanda.
Demasiada monopolización del mercado del Grano y del Pan; los monopolios destruyen empleo (en este caso salarios) y poder adquisitivo.
Es muy importante que se tomen medidas para cambiar la situación; ¿qué pasa si nos quedamos en estancamiento secular durante un tiempo? bien, acabaríamos en una espiral deflacionista, no sé si se acuerdan del artículo de liberalización de la moneda, en el cual hablo de las espirales inflacionistas, bien, pues las deflacionistas son peores aún. Como aquí no se suele destruir empleo porque siempre hay ofertas de sobra, lo que pasa siempre es que disminuyen los salarios.
Os estaba hablando de estancamiento, pero eso es por ahora, si de repente una empresa despidiese dos trabajadores (parece poco pero eso es el 2% de toda nuestra población) por culpa de que ya no ganan dinero suficiente eso haría que otra empresa tuviera que despedir 1, otra 4, otra 2, en realidad no es del todo así, simplemente es una manera práctica de que se entienda.
Si nos quedamos mucho tiempo en estancamiento puede pasar lo siguiente:
Depresión Económica Aquí perdemos todos, los salarios bajarían mucho, disminuiría la población activa y cerrarían muchas compañías o se irían a tomar por culo, pa polonia o pa bulgaria. El gobierno lo pasaría fatal seguramente; caerían montón sus ingresos pero por otro lado subirlos sería un gran error puesto que en una depresión se tiene que dejar a los estabilizadores actual. Y entre ellos están los gastos fijos del gobierno. Es más, lo que habría que hacer en un caso así sería subir salarios y tirar de ahorros si es necesario para poner en marcha nuevamente la actividad económica.
La verdad, en el fondo, el estancamiento en un principio no nos va a molestar a la mayoría de nosotros, pero está ahí y es un peligro.
La oferta monetaria ha subido un 40% y hace poco se devalúo la moneda un 1% en un día, el motivo de esto es que el propio estancamiento y la falta de demanda hace que, sea mejor tener GOLD que ESP, puesto que al no servirte de nada iniciar una actividad productiva etcétera (ya que no hay demanda) prefieres tener GOLD. Esto hará que se vaya devaluando la moneda y suban las exportaciones. Más o menos ayudará a mejorar la situación pero la devaluación no ha sido acorde con la oferta monetaria porque las compañías siguen colocando sus producciones antiguas en el mercado nacional, y algunas incluso siguen produciendo pese al parón de la demanda. Salvo que suban las exportaciones (que con un 1% de devaluación no se va ni a notar todavía) o espero cosas peores.
COMPORTAMIENTO NECESARIO PARA SALIR DE ÉSTA DE LOS AGENTES ECONÓMICOS:
Consumidores: Consumir especialmente y gastarse ahorros
Compañías: No colocar stocks, sólo producciones puntuales, subir salarios
Estado: Si las compañías y consumidores hicieran eso, no sería necesario nada, pero no se les puede obligar por lo que lo mejor es intentar cambiar la situación económica y llevarla a un crecimiento real sostenido y una inflación moderada-alta de demanda, es decir, imprimir moneda (y eso que a mi no me gusta nada) e invertirla en subir salarios que llegarán a las empresas, las cuales volverán a producir, subir salarios, por lo tanto los consumidores volverán a consumir y el estado no tendrá que volver a meter mano

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
